Aunty Paul's Cafe Bar

Stumbled across this place and thought I'd stop for a small flat white with an extra shot. Really friendly staff and It was the perfect coffee. Nice and strong! Loved all the trinkets for sale also. The whole establishment had an amazing vibe, I will be back!

Absolutely loved my breakfast here - I tried the mushroom and brie scrambled eggs and they were absolutely delicious. The coffee was perfectly made as well. Couldn't fault anything!

Killing time in-between medical appointments I decided to call into Aunty Paul's café Bar for the first time around 09:30am on Tuesday 23/09/25, I didn't have much time & only ordered one cappuccino, served within 10 mins & delicious in taste. Paid AUD $5.50 Comfy seating & friendly staff. Hope to return soon & perhaps call in for breakfast or Lunch.

Aunty Paul’s is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness that it instantly felt like visiting family. We were celebrating my mother’s birthday, and he went above and beyond to make it truly special — adding thoughtful touches that made the day unforgettable. The food was exceptional — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Every bite showed the love and care that goes into the menu. The combination of amazing food, a welcoming atmosphere, and an owner who truly cares about his customers makes Aunty Paul’s a place I can’t recommend highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Vibe. This is the word that comes to mind whenever I set foot in this magical place. Many cafes or shops I feel they do everything "right" but miss that *je nais se quoi*. Missing that character which elevates it beyond the mundane. Aunty Paul's translates me to a world of whimsicle nostalgia. The service, the attitude, the music, the eccentric bricabrac. It serves to teleport me to an oasis of timeless fun within an urban hellscape. Of course it helps the coffee and food is consistently top notch as well. I wish more places were like this (or would that make it less special when they are?...)

Reviews seemed good so we came for a visit, google needs a 5+ option for when 5 isn’t enough. Coffee was solid and better than most in QLD so far. Kids had scrambled eggs and the special of waffles. Both loved them. The real winner was the Reuben. As a regular Reuben eater they can be good, bad or indifferent; rarely are they noteworthy. This one was outstanding. Plenty of pickles, not too much dressing and solid amount of meat. Worth the trip just for this

Do your self a favour and come and check out Aunty Paul’s. The coffee easily competes with any Melbourne coffee. The food was fresh, tasty and eaten by my fussy kids. The atmosphere is fun, relaxing and engaging. A truly immersive experience for big and small.
